If it’s drawing apps you want, you need look no further than Plug-in Media. We’ve made so many over the years, our expertise is second to none. Turner Broadcasting came to us wanting a new, reskinnable creative app for their favourite characters, starting with Tom and Jerry – what a great opportunity to work once more with these classic cartoon characters!

As we all know, Tom and Jerry is all about the slapstick, cartoon violence. Mousetraps, throwing food and of course, good ol’ fashioned TNT all feature heavily as tools to be used on our canvases. Users can trigger explosions, dribble ice cream and cover everything in ketchup, alongside the more traditional art tools such as brushes and stickers.

A key part of the Tom and Jerry Show is the crazy, classic sound effects. Our art tool uses SFX taken straight from the show, adding a hilarious dimension to the process of artistry! Painting with explosions or messy ketchup has never been more fun.

Users can download and print their creations straight from the canvas, allowing them to be saved or even shared by their parents on social media. Made in HTML5, the art tool works brilliantly on both touchscreen and desktop.

There are 5 canvases to colour in and play with and a whole plethora of art tools to enjoy. The best part is we’ve made the project in such a way that adding new tools and canvases will be a breeze – the tools can be expanded or easily changed to suit new brands. In fact, we’ve already done new versions of the application for Grizzy and the Lemmings and Wabbit. We’re really pleased and proud to have delivered another high quality art tool for kids.
